We are proud to announce that ANIDA has been reaccredited by @ImagineCanada under the #Standards program a commitment we have proudly upheld since 2019. This recognition is a testament to the continued dedication and hard work of our team in strengthening our organization and contributing to the advancement of the charitable sector as a whole. This achievement marks an important milestone for ANIDA and reflects our deep and ongoing commitment to operating with integrity, accountability, and excellence across all areas of our work. It reinforces the trust placed in us by our supporters, partners, and the communities we serve, and highlights the strength of the systems and practices that guide our mission. 

The Imagine Canada Standards are a nationally recognized benchmark for excellence in the charitable sector. They assess organizations across five key areas of good governance and operational practice: board governance, financial accountability and transparency, ethical fundraising, human resources management, and volunteer involvement. Meeting these standards demonstrates a strong commitment to responsible stewardship and organizational excellence. 

For ANIDA, this reaccreditation is more than a formal designation but it is a reflection of the values that underpin everything we do. As an organization dedicated to serving vulnerable communities and advancing long-term, sustainable impact, we understand that trust is foundational to meaningful and lasting change. This achievement affirms that our systems, leadership, and operational practices meet rigorous national expectations designed to uphold transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility. 

It also represents the collective effort of the entire ANIDA community. From our Board of Directors, who provide strategic guidance and governance oversight, to our staff, who steward resources with care and diligence, to our volunteers, who generously give their time and energy to support our programs this recognition belongs to all of you. Each contribution plays a vital role in ensuring we remain faithful to our mission and effective in our service.

Achieving and maintaining these standards strengthens our capacity to deliver impactful programs while continuing to build and maintain the highest level of trust with our donors, partners, and supporters.
