It’s quite simple!

You get the choose from our priority children and learn a bit more about them. You then make monthly donations of $35 for your sponsored child’s education and to support their well-being. You’ll get updates and letters from your child and will get the chance to write back to them as well. Your contribution helps uplift and empower a child in poverty and helps provide them with more opportunities to better their lives.

For only $35 a month, you can change the life of a child and empower them with the tools needed to break the cycle of poverty. You can sponsor one child or as many as you want. You can also make donations quarterly ($105), semi-annually ($210) or annually ($420). Our Hope for Tomorrow program allows you to sponsor the future of a child.

We have a list of priority children available to choose from on our website. You’re able to learn more about them before sponsoring the child. You can learn more about their life and how beneficial the child sponsorship program would be for them.

When sponsoring a child, you’re helping enhance their quality of education through the covering of school related expenses and helping build up their future. Your contribution will help cover tuition fees, textbooks, shoes, tutoring support and will help make education more accessible. Families are also supported through various workshops, regular check-ins and provided with nutrition packages a few times a year.

You can log into your MyAccount on the ANIDA website and write to your child. They are also able to write back to you! Your letters to your child help uplift and motivate them to do better. The quickest way to get something to your sponsored child is by sending it online. We have made it easy for you by creating a tab in your online MyAccount that is devoted to letter writing. You can write your letter, add a photo, and send it in less than 10 minutes. This is also where you will receive mail from your sponsored child. You can expect to receive a response from you sponsored child within 3 months of sending your letter.

Education is one of the best ways of helping a child get out of a life of poverty. The investment into the future of a child not only benefits them but also benefits their family and community. Through your sponsorship, you are removing the financial barrier that is preventing a child from obtaining an education.

Once you start sponsoring a child, you will receive a Welcome Email and a Sponsorship package in the mail. It contains useful information about your sponsored child, the community in which they live and how to communicate with them. Expect to receive your kit within 30 to 60 days.

We also send you updates about how your child and their family are doing and updates from their teachers regarding the progress of their education. Children have the opportunity to write letters back to their sponsors and you’ll be able to write back to the child as well.
