At ANIDA, we are dedicated to creating opportunities that empower women by equipping them with the tools and skills needed to shape their futures. Fostering an environment where women can learn, grow, and develop essential skills is part of the work we do. We believe that education along access to resources and tools are key to breaking down barriers women encounter in living their full potential.
The School of Continuing Education and School of Aesthetics offers a wide range of professional development classes from English, Twi, Math, Business and Computer Literacy. These classes are designed to equip women with providing well-rounded education and leadership that they can use both in their personal and professional lives.
Thanks to the generosity of the Mastercard Foundation, our students have received start-up kits packed with essential tools and resources to launch their own businesses.
These kits include everything from beauty and makeup supplies to tools for other creative ventures (see photo below for reference).
As these tangible gifts are important, they hold much more meaning to it. They represent the opportunity for these young women to take their first steps toward independence and self-sufficiency. With the suppport of these kits, it enables them to change the trajectory of their lives that willl impact their families and communities for generations to come.
With every business they create, they’re breaking barriers, building confidence, and contributing to a stronger, more sustainable future.
At ANIDA, we believe in the power of education, opportunity, and hard work to change lives—and we’re so grateful for partners like the Mastercard Foundation who share this vision.
Let’s celebrate these inspiring young women and the impact of your continued support.
