Anita’s passion for international work sparked during her Netherlands internship, advocating for policies on immigration and race relations. Her dedication led her to represent her university in Australia as a Student Ambassador, receiving accolades for her contributions and presenting international development strategies at the United Nations.

Beyond academia, Anita’s literary achievements shine with her book “Little Hope Big Hope,” available globally through major retailers. Her impact extends to Black Parent Magazine and “Mothers of Black Daughters,” affiliating with the esteemed “Black Children Books and Authors” organization.

A leader for over a decade, Anita’s roles include serving as an International Student Advisory Council Leader, Senator of her law school’s Student Bar Association, and offering legal support to vulnerable women through Judge Joan Synenberg’s Pro Bono Collaborative.

Amidst her multifaceted endeavours, Anita’s unwavering faith remains central. She sees her platforms as opportunities to bring awareness to her source of joy and success: Jesus Christ. Canada is her cherished home, and her passion for travel extends beyond work, embracing academia and exploration.
